Easy to custom fit, takes a while to get used to
I had very low-level sleep apnea testing just over the threshold, so was looking for a minimally invasive device. I had an option of going to a dentist who sold a very similar (but more adjustable) unit for over $1k, but think this is a good first step device. The instructions that came with the guard were easy to understand and include a link for a video from the creator. The custom fit process was extremely easy and took less than 10 minutes total. It’s important to move your lower jaw forward when imprinting the uppers to help open airways. I did have problems getting used to the device in my mouth. The tongue flap is prominent even when custom fit, and the guard is IMO, not wide enough for my tongue and teeth. My rear molars imprints shoot off the guard but there is still a good deal of material that pushes against my tongue. I may have to trim this material as it is not becoming easier to wear. Time will tell, but I think this device has a lot of good features for the right person.

To start the case was really hard to open. As I tried pulling it open, I thought maybe I was doing it wrong and got scared I was going to something right out the gate. Turns out, case is just hard to open….after I finally pried it open,It doesn’t allow my mouth to fully close which of course means drooling the whole time. Not sure that I will every “get used to” this…was just uncomfortable for me.The included instructions outline very clearly that patience is needed especially for first time users. Unfortunately, I don’t have the patience.I hope this works for others who give it the time to and effort. I will continue to find other ways.

My husband got this and does not like it at all. He tried to use it for a week and would take it out in the middle of the night. We molded it to help fit better and he still said it wasn’t comfortable.

It actually works!
I have tried just about every anti-snoring product on the market since my wife has to suffer through my animal like nocturnal noises. This ZYPPAH is the first product to actually help with the roughest of noises. I would say that the ZYPPAH stopped about 80% of my snoring and my wife reports that she only heard some minor snorts, so I would say that this product is a success. The mouthpiece is easy to mold and can even be remolded if you make a mistake. There is an easy to follow video and it seems that this company stands by its product. I am happy with this product and its results!

Definitely helps, does not eliminate
I had this exact product, but had to get it again because the tongue band broke on my last one. The case is a little hard to open – especially if you are older. The fitting process was straightforward, put into nearly boiling water for some seconds, fish it out and let it cool a little, and press into teeth. First few nights wearing it are a little tough as you get used to having something like this in your mouth, plus with your lower jaw pulled out from your upper jaw – strange position. You will also drool the first few nights – again as your mouth gets used to it.After about a week, adjustment is complete. Now, as far as snoring, I guess I have a bit more of a nasal passage problem, because this did lessen the snoring according to my partner, but it was still there. I will keep using it as it keeps the peace between us. Recommend for those that do not have stuffed up noses!

Falls out nightly
It came with clear instructions although you can just heat the water in the microwave. I got a good fit after molding it. My problem is that it seems to big for my mouth and it falls out since I canât get all of it in my mouth. So if u have a smaller mouth it might be an issue. If it came in a smaller size I would try it again

It works
The box is extremely hard to open, to the point that it broke my nail. The instructions are clear and the fitting process is fairly straight forward. It takes a while to get used to it but once you do, it is fairly comfortable. It doesnât eliminate snoring 100% but it helps quite a bit.
