I’ve tried many types of memory supplements and none of them work.I usually wound up throwing them out after about a month or taking until I ran out with no success. tI seems to work, but no way to say I am positive however my memory has been consistent.
I have been taking Advanced Memory Formula for close to a year, and while I didn’t see an earth shaking difference suddenly, at age 77 I would say my memory today is a somewhat better than it was a year ago. I am also trying to eat better, but there is no way to know for certain without a study with a control group.

This is something that really works for me.
My memory was getting noticeably worse that past couple of years, and the experience of my mother dying from Alzheimer’s disease made me very concerned. Although I was experiencing “normal” memory degradation such as forgetting names, words, why I walked into a room, etc., I was particularly concerned about the decline in my ability to remember steps in various dance classes. I wasn’t just forgetting what step came next in a routine, I would sort of black out completely and almost felt like I didn’t know why I was there. A friend mentioned me that his mother was taking Advanced Memory Formula because she had been frequently finding herself forgetting why she was going into a room, and rarely did the memory come to her. After taking this, she still would forget why she walked into a room, but now she is able to eventually remember why. That was enough for me to try. Within about 3 months after taking this, I started to remember most of the steps in my dance classes. That was a huge and obvious change! I also take a Lion’s Mane mushroom supplement, and perhaps this combination is the key. This could be an excellent product without those phosphates! The formulator needs to take a second look and improve the recipe. Then you’d experience an amazing product IF phosphates are changed to (TRAC) true amino acid chelates. Due to the phosphates this bottle sits on the shelf. 8^0
