Keep your Aircast FP (Foam Pneumatic) Walker Brace / Walking Boot like new with this replacement foam liner and insole. This lining can be hand washed with a mild detergent; simply allow to air dry. Universal fit allows the Aircast Replacement Foam Liner with Insole to be worn on either the left or right leg. The Aircast FP (Foam Pneumatic) Walker Brace / Walking Boot (sold separately) is a removable cast that will not limit mobility required for day-to-day activities while recovering from injury. It’s specifically designed to provide protection and pneumatic support for stable fractures of the foot and ankle, severe ankle sprains, soft tissue injuries, chronic conditions including plantar fasciitis, metatarsal fractures, forefoot and midfoot injuries, bunionectomies and post-operative use. The low rocker sole promotes a natural ambulation (gait) for improved mobility while the generous foot base has ample room for dressings without sacrificing comfort. The lightweight, semi-rigid shell has a pre-inflated anterior air cell and 2 adjustable Duplex air cells located at the malleoli that can be individually inflated for a total contact fit and secure support. It provides the protection and stability necessary for a healthy recovery.

much better than the liner that came with the boot
I had foot surgery and the lining kept messing up my incision/wound. I bought this replacement foam liner for my Aircast boot and it was much better. more comfortable. does not work with the air bags that blow up but I dont think those did much for me anyway. This foam liner gives a more comfortable, smoother fit, but still works great with the boot. I wish I had this from the start.

Perfect Fit
I bought a replacement foam liner for my aircast since after 2 weeks of wear, the original one needed a good wash, but I couldn’t not be wearing my boot. So while I washed the first, this one was swapped in and it was a perfect match. After a week or two, I then swapped this out for my original, and back and forth another time or two. Both liners are showing some wear where the velcro goes, but all in all I think I got my moneys worth! They wash super easy with some dawn detergent in the sink and left to air dry.

Good fit
Iâm very happy a replacement for the liner of my Aircast boot is available. The liner fit my boot perfectly and was easy to replace. The footbed pad isnât as thick as my original so I didnât use the new pad. It would have been perfect if the footpad was of equal thickness. I tried to see if the foot pads are sold separately but no luck. In summary itâs wonderful to have a new, clean liner that isnât ripping. The constant pulling of the Velcro on the liner eventually causes wear and deterioration so being able to replace it is a big plus.

Like new but cheaper
I had to get surgery 2 months after getting my original boot. As most know insurance only covers 1 boot every so often. And to buy a new is so expensive. I found this. Took the old liner out wiped the plastic with bleach and put the new in. BAM new boot. Picture is post surgery

The insert for my ankle boot worked perfectly
After tearing my Achilles tendon, I had to wait months to get the operation, so I went through the original padded insert. The replacement padded insert worked fabulously in my boot. Just make sure you get the correct size to match the boot.

Missing insole
While the product is a good replacement for the original, and shipped quickly, it was missing the insole. The hard rubber bottom part that goes inside the lining. It was a good thing the trash guys didnât come yet, because I had to get the old one out of the original lining. The insole was the main reason why I bought the liner and insole from the beginning.
