Good noodles
I like that these taste like regular noodles. My husband can’t tell the difference. I would suggest to cook for 10 minutes. They are a little pricey but I like that they are lower in carbs. Only 3 points per serving on WW.

This is a super high protein and low carb pasta that tastes like a normal pasta. Prior to this I had not found anything “high protein” or “low carb” that didn’t taste like crap. This is well worth the price and tastes amazing. I have also tried the other pastas by this brand and they are all fantastic. I cook up a full bag at the beginning of the week and then use it throughout the week and it tastes just as good as cooking it live. With pasta like this there is no reason to not be getting enough protein!

Everything about this product is PERFECT, especially if youâre low-carb/Keto, you will love this! It cooks very quickly, so do pay attention to the cooking directions. The flavor is great, as is the texture & âchew-factorâ: This pasta is SATISFYING to eat! I LOVE it! If they would just create a lasagna noodle, my life would be complete!

Game changer; good flavor and texture
I just tried these for the first time and they are a game changer. To me they taste just like regular egg noodles and I love the al dente texture. Following the instructions they did not get mushy or fall apart. I brought a pot of water to a good boil, put a serving of noodles into the water, covered with a lid and set timer for 4 minutes. I then strained the noodles but did NOT blanch them with cold water. I made my alfredo sauce and add the noodles into the sauce. The noodles and sauce were both hot so no further cooking was necessary. I am definitely going to see if they have other pasta shapes that might go better with spaghetti sauce, but these would work fine too.

GUYS! I practically never give 5 star ratings, but OMG it’s so good and so worth it! You can actually taste the real garlic flavour in the noodles. The texture is slightly different than normal pasta, but not in a bad way, just different. If you’re considering buying then definitely DO!

I have tried different types KONJA noodles and. Palm Heart Noodles. I can eat the carbonara noodles and not have that full feeling and theyâre just like eating any other egg noodle!
