Never would I believed how great the noodles are. Easy to cook just right, ( following simple instructions). Tender, but not limp. So many dishes to try. I was also bought the spiral noodles. Super tasty in pasta salad. Mouth watering flavor that does not take away from featured flavor of dish!I will be ordering more and different pastas

This company makes excellent pasta. Not cheap but well worth having such a great tasting pasta. Made with high quality ingredients and takes only 3-4 minutes for the pappardelle to be ready. I stopped buying any other brands.
