Delicious and Easy to Cook to Your Specifications
I loved this pasta so much. Usually, al dente pasta doesn’t taste good or hold its thickness if you cook it beyond the al dente time limit. However, my family and I really prefer a sliiightly more cooked/limper version of pasta than traditional al dente. I was a little concerned that it would break down if I cooked it a little bit longer, but it held up great, was really tasty, and can be used in a variety of recipes. I mixed in red onion, tomato, and feta, and then used a buttery sauce and garlic for some garlic pasta. It was really delicious! I think this would also be great for recipes utilizing Alfredo sauce. Bought another bag I was so happy with it.

Best to buy in store
I love these noodles because they actually taste like spinach, don’t just look like they should. They are expensive so I don’t buy often. I learned not to buy online tho. Amazon shipped breakable noodles in a flimsy padded bag, not a box, and they arrived mostly crushed. I still used them.

A Sin Against Italy
Honestly I wanted to love these. The color is fantastic for a winter pasta. They taste good. But I swear to god every single noodle is 4 inches long at most. This isnât a âoh man they got broken during transitâ either. Every single noodle is designed as broken pasta like someone from Wisconsin or Ohio made it. How are you supposed to eat Linguini if you canât twirl it? Why on earth would pasta come pre-broken?
