I use two pouches of the extra crispy and about a quarter of a pouch of the crispy spicy to coat 16 chicken drumsticks. It is the best. It is as close to Shake-n-Bake as I can get. My whole family gives this product a thumbs up.

Closest thing to gluten-free shake & bake out there
This is the closest thing to gluten-free shake-n-bake out there. I’m not a foodie by any means, but when I figure out what the missing spice is I will be thrilled. Very satisfying as is though. I used it on chicken and put it in the air fryer. 10 minute dinner.

Happened upon this at Whole Foods. If you like a crunchy coating and need Gluten free, this really is great. It also works as a topping when mixed with some parmesan cheese. Will now be a staple in my GF kitchen.

OK, and crunchy for sure, but I didn’t notice much seasoning.
I used one and 1/4 packets for 2 large chicken breasts (about 1lb) which were cut up in about 8 pieces (so they had more surface area than just 2 breasts). For the price though, I think they should make the packets a bit larger since there is no way I could have done it with one. I used an egg wash instead of the recommended olive oil in the directions and the breadcrumbs adhered with no problem to the skinless breasts. I cooked them in an air fryer @ 425°F, but maybe should have dropped the temp a bit since they were a bit over toasted in some spots (my air fryer typically needs less time or lower temps and I am still getting used to it). They were crunchy which is a plus, but I did not notice much of the seasonings and another person noted they did not have much flavor. It was fortunate that I made some gravy for the potatoes since it helped with the chicken.I’m not sure I would buy this again, may try some other brands to compare. I think I used Aleia’s GF stuffing last year and it was darn good so would try their other products for sure. If you are looking for a good crunchy panko style base to add seasoning to, this may be it, but plan on using more than one packet for a lb of chicken if you cut it up.
