Great Pasta
I bought this at a store about an hour away from home, and we ended up liking it but couldn’t find it locally, so hello Amazon! It arrived quickly, is reasonably priced and tastes delicious. It’s a great quick and easy side dish.

It tastes great and is convenient to prepare (although you need to cook it longer than 4 minutes), but if you’re looking to intake less salt you need to be wary because it contains a LOT of salt.

Not sure about these
So first you may wonder, how these can cook in 4 minutes……….well it’s because basically it’s thicker, shorter ramen noodles. That being said, I actually think 4 minutes might be too long, or else these need more water, maybe even milk. After 4 minutes, they appear very watery, but they quickly become dried out vs the sauce “thickening upon standing”. They are also VERY salty. The pepper cheese ones are better than the mushroom ones. Haven’t tried the broccoli because I know i don’t like the boxed mac and cheese with broccoli in it so didn’t think I’d like these either. I like them because of how fast they can cook for a quick small meal or side dish, but overall I don’t think I’ll buy again because they are a bit overpriced in my opinion.

I wanted to try this dish and when I saw Alessi sold it I decided to give it a try. Hard to find in the store so happy was able to get it on Amazon. Delivery was quick and it actually tasted very good.
