Over 50 full meals (116 individual recipes) – and each one is gluten, dairy, egg, soy, shellfish, and nut free!
After marrying into a family with multiple food allergies, author Victoria Mazur recreated many of her favorite recipes so that they could be enjoyed by anyone, whether you have a food allergy or not.
Stop cooking different meals for family members with food allergies. And stop forcing family members without allergies to suffer through unappetizing gluten and dairy-free recipes.
Unlike a lot of gluten and allergy free cookbooks that require expensive and hard to find specialty store items, each recipe uses common, everyday ingredients. Each recipe is easy to make, and is guaranteed to please the entire family!

I’ve been searching and searching for a cookbook like this!!!
Our family has a few different types of food allergies and we have had such a hard time cooking a dish that everyone could enjoy. I’ve been searching and searching for a cookbook like this! It seems that all the other cookbooks I’ve found only accounted for one of the food allergies we have, but didn’t consider the others. I love the wide variety of receipts that this book offers. We’ve already made it through some of the receipts and are very excited to get through the rest. The food has been delicious! This is a great cookbook!

Great recipes that still taste good
This cookbook is great for anyone whose family includes people with food allergies. The book is plain and straightforward (B&W pics, e.g.) but the recipes are simple and very tasty. The great part is people without allergies will still be happy – no need to make two separate meals! The recipes are grouped into complete meals and there are no “exotic” ingredients or weird tools needed. These are tasty, hearty meals that just happen to have no dairy, egg, gluten, etc. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to add to their allergy-friendly recipe list.

Ok
On my son has FPIES and I thought this book would have had more of a selection on dairy free, egg free. I found three good recipes I will try.

no way near the title of the book
Recipes are not allergen free. These are the same ingredients I use everyday. Plus I did not get the full book through the kindle. Waste of my money.

For anyone needing a cook book this is not it. Recipies are American and photos are in black and white. Looks like something someone put together and published themselves on a very tight budget. Recipies are also very basic.
