I Was Buckling Under Stress Until…
I’m a 58 year old woman. I’ve been under a greater-than-usual amount of stress lately and was having difficulty functioning at work and at home. I have palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea, and intense sweating during extreme panic attacks. I wake in the middle of the night and have an attack on my bathroom floor.I was a nervous wreck all the way to the mailbox and back, going to pick this up. I hadn’t eaten yesterday morning and took a capsule as soon as I got back in the house. About 90 minutes later, I realized that I was incredibly calm. No butterflies in my stomach, no rubbery legs, and no palpitations! And it lasted all day! I actually watched two entire movies and was focused the whole time.I fell asleep easily last night. I did wake up during the night, but I didn’t have a panic attack and went right back to sleep.I felt great this morning and in a really good mood! I took one again before leaving the house (and before eating) and had a fantastic day at work.I paid less than $14 dollars for this bottle of magic and it is worth every penny. I was a little troubled that the 8 reviews all came from people who got a free bottle and almost didn’t order. I considered a more expensive brand with good reviews, but price seemed to be the only difference and I am glad I settled on Amazon’s brand.I am not going to a doctor. I know what’s bothering me and also know what I do not want. Just needed a little something to get me through a really tough period. Thanks, Amazon!Will come back and update…Day 3: Someone came to the office today and wigged out. Normally, this would really rattle me — stressed out or not — but I was completely calm and in control. Itâs working for me, nothing else before.
I switched from an expensive brand (2 bottles) because didnât worked, to this Amazon brand. (2 bottles)After reading almost all reviews, I decided to give Amazon brand product a try. I am very pleased! Not even finishing the first bottle and I feel better. 85% focus, 80% memory, 90% less anxieties and panic attacks. I hope that more supplies becomes available really soon! My only issue now is getting anxieties just thinking that it wouldnât be available before my last bottle.

Works like any vitamin of this nature
Works as well as any previous brand Iâve purchased. The quality Iâm sure is evident if u continue to take them on a regular basis. Which Iâm trying wrong get better about. So far itâs a way better price for what seems to work just as well.

I bought hoping this would be calming but it made me very wired.My body can’t handle caffeine so I assume this is the reason why. I’m unable to drink green tea either.

Blood pressure improved
I bought this product because I had heard that it had improved blood pressure readings in some people. I have slightly elevated BP readings and prefer to forgo any prescription meds. My BP was instantly lowered when taking the L-Theanine. The next morning my BP was 15 points lower and back to a normal range. Typically when I visit the doctor my BP readings are elevated. I had my annual physical this morning and my readings were excellent. The only other results I’ve experienced with L-Theanine are improved sleep and more lucid dreams. I rarely feel stressed so I cannot really comment on the relaxing benefits of the product.

Horrible headache
This product gave me a horrible headache, unlike the SBR Nutrition Liquid L-Theanine Drops, which did not cause any headaches. I suspect this reaction may be due to the quality or undisclosed origin of the ingredients, possibly from China or other undisclosed locations. I will not be purchasing from this trillion dollar manufacturer again, especially when it comes to products affecting my health and well-being.

I swear I can feel the increase in focus. Having the supplement means I do t have to consume green tea which is a fluoride hyper accumulator.
