Great pasta, great texture
Hands down my favorite gluten free pasta on the market. It never gets gummy and has a great texture.

Gluten free pasta
As someone with celiac disease, and as someone who who loves pasta, Andean Dream quinoa pasta is the best tasting and has the best texture of all the pastas out there that Iâve tried.

great taste
I love this pasta…it’s the best tasting gluten-free pasta I’ve tried and the last box seems to be thinner which I like. I also like that it is corn-free, organic, non-GMO and vegan…everything I was looking for!

best gf pasta there is
i had noticed that the recipe changed for this pasta that i have been buying for years and i was unhappy about it. i called the company and they reached out to me explain that depending on which part of the country in which you live, some pasta is produced in italy and some in bolivia. this, having to do with distribution points. because of covid and supply chain disruptions, the bolivian pasta is difficult to obtain and the only pasta getting to the u.s. is the italian pasta and the difference between the two is the machinery on which it’s made though the recipe itself has not changed. the italian pasta makers produce a thinner noodle and this was really throwing me. i also learned through this conversation that i would have a better result by using more when water when cooking. it meant the world to me that the owner of the company called me to explain their situation and the immense difficulty businesses are facing in these very challenging times. she also referred me to the company (whole foods) that still carries the bolivian variety, which is the one i had been enjoying for years. this company gets high marks for customer service, and though i don’t prefer the italy-produced variety, it’s still the best GF pasta around. thank you, andean dream.

Really good texture and taste
I love pasta and have become gluten sensitive in the last two years so finding gluten free pasta has become a mission for me. This is perfect and will be in my cabinet with other gluten free pastas I have been lucky enough to find and love.

Quinoa Noodles satisfy
These noodles are good for those trying to limit bad starches. Very expensive. Noodle breaks up too easily. Prefer spaghetti noodles to stay longish.

Cooks to a perfect al dente, firm texture, good flavor
When I found I should not eat wheat, corn, soy sugars and other ingredients that cause inflammation I was very pleased to find this quinoa spaghetti, containing no inflammatory ingredients
