Broken clasp
This was a great gift but 6 months in, the clasp that’s on the necklace started to misalign with it’s hole, so the necklace fell off my girlfriend’s neck without her knowing. Luckily someone at my girlfriend’s work found it and returned it to her a few days later. Did not expect this from a $400+ necklace…
