Uncomfortable and Ineffective
The mouthpiece was much too large. I followed the step-by-step instructions to mold it to my teeth, but I couldnât wear it for more than five minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable and caused immediate tooth and jaw pain, forcing me to take it out before even attempting to sleep with it. Additionally, it didnât keep my mouth closed as advertised, so Iâm not sure how it would have helped with snoring. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me.

Disappointing & Not Returnable
Insufficient instructions led to initial fitment issues. Seeking a better understanding of instructions, I went through the procedure again (after trying it the first night). The results were worse. The way it made my mouth stay open led to drooling and dry mouth. I tried to persevere & get use to it, to no avail. Decided to return it and seek a replacement only to find it is not returnable.

Easy to customize and adjustable
I bought this because of the adjustability of the mouthguard. This mouthguard was the easiest to mold of all the other competitor products I’ve brought previously. The material easily formed to my teeth without any issues and while the adjustment of the guard is not apparent at first, if you follow the instructions, the adjustments are easy to do. The engineer in me is still in awe of the design of this mouthguard. Very impressive and I like the way it helps me breathe at night. You will have a dry mouth when you use this but that was a good trade-off for me. The best part is that I don’t gag when I use this like in some other products.

Severe dental pain, not worth the risk
Beware, the morning after just one use made my teeth hurt 9/10 and affected my ability to bite down as is felt like my lower teeth were pulled forward out of line. Took two days to recover. I’ve never had braces but this is what I imagine it would feel like. Going in the trash…

Didn’t mold at all. Couldn’t even use it. Although one reviewer said there was a manufacturer money back guarantee on the package (which is why I bought it), there wasn’t. Save your money. DO NOT BUY
