Works well
I was skeptical about if these would work and afraid of sores developing in my nose. I wasn’t sure which size I would need, so I ordered both medium and large. I started trying the medium and it worked well. I did start to get a sore spot on my nostril with the deviated septum. The dilator went up too far and was rubbing against wall of my nostril. I fixed it by cutting that side a little shorter and apply nasal moisturizer on the dilators before putting them in. I had no problem with them falling out during my sleep. I could immediately tell that my air intake through my nose was a lot better. I stayed with the medium size for about a week. I decided to try the large size to see if they would be better. They open my nostrils a bit more. I use these in conjunction with mouth tape. I wear a smart watch that monitors my O2 levels during sleep and noticed that before the dilators, my levels dropped down into the low 80’s and sometimes 70’s, which is pretty scarey. And that was with the magnetic device that opens your nasal. While using these dilators, my O2 levels during sleep are in the 90’s, much better! While I do still snore, it is not near as loud as it used to be.I recommend these. If the inside of your nose gets irritated, try using nasal moisturizer and keep trying to use them until your nasal get used to them.

Not for everyone
Not sure if it’s just me but there’s a whistling sound that comes out of my nose when I wear these, not ideal when trying to fall asleep and they are comfortable as well I don’t think they really make a difference for me personally. Good idea but doesn’t pan out for me at least.

Very soft material/doesn’e hold nostrils open
I was disappointed as I was hoping these were a harder material that would help hold your nostrils open. I thought that was the whole point so air would flow through the nostrils better.First, I likely bought a size that was too small, my fault, but if they were a harder material they should still somewhat work. The material is so flimsy I didn’t have any breathing relief at all. In fact, I felt more congested because these saggy things were just blocking my nasal passages and not holding them open.In just appearance alone, I thought these were going to be the solution. I have tried a few other types of nasal dilators and thought with these round “basket” shaped openings they would hold my nostrils open. No such luck.Glad others have had luck with these, but they are useless to me. Unlikely returnable either since they go in your nose!

Didn’t stop my snoring but did help me breath easier.
I bought these “dilators” for snoring and I still snore. However, they help me to breath easier in bed and I now wear them every night. They are soft silicone and very comfortable. My nose is on the small size and medium fits perfectly. The nose bridge will prevent you from snorting them in and choking but they might fall out occasionally. I have lost 2 pair in my sheets. I usually apply a little Vaseline Lip Balm to make them slide in smoothly. They last quite a while (3 – 4 weeks) and I will repeat buying them.

Best of the bunch
Iâve tried just about every nose splint available. While these do occasionally fall out at night, they stay in better than virtually any of the other styles I have tried. Iâm convinced that the nose cone version is way better than the other style that just pushes your nostrils out.

Dilalators are thin, solid plastic tubes.
The Internet pictures of the dilators look like they are open ridges. But, they are thin, solid tube’s that do not help you nostrils stay open. Very cheap. I returned them

New availability – Yippee!
After trying all the nose vents on Amazon, I decided that this brand was definitely the best, thanks to its “high quality incomparably soft, hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone.” The others led to nose bleeds. Along with another simple strategy, these vents have completely eliminated my mild snoring and dry mouth. I’ve learned that keeping the mouth closed and the tongue retracted (issues often ignored) are critical to solving the problem.Previously, this product only came in a set of 4 different sizes and 3 different styles, which obliged me to toss 10 and keep 2. Now the spiral vents available in different sizes! I couldn’t be happier. I will delete my previous review in which I complained about the problem of having to pay for products I couldn’t use in order to get what I wanted. As for those who are undecided about size, I found that both the Medium and the Large were OK for me and I have an average-size adult female nose. I tend to use the Medium most often, but when my passages feel blocked I use the Large.
