Well, shut your mouth!
Does your loved one snore and you don’t know how to tell them, or you have and they don’t understand how bad it is, or believe they snore at all? This mask will get the point across. The mask is made of a slightly stretchy and breathable fabric with sufficient hook and loop that keeps it on and in place while giving you room to adjust the fit, making it a good pick for most anyone.

Easy to adjust
I ordered this anti snoring device from Amazon Vine because my husband had been snoring for quite some time, and I figured it was worth a try to see if it could help us both get better sleep. When it arrived, I was a bit skeptical if would work for him or not and I even wondered if he would even wear it for a few hours at least but he wrapped it around his chin and slept.
Since the chin strap has these Velcro ends, he could adjust it to make sure it didnât feel uncomfortable for him, and he managed to find a comfortable fit that wasnât too tight or too loose, so he didnât feel like he was being choked or that it was going to fall off in the middle of the night.
I guess it is supposed to make breathing smoother and reduce snoring, and I noticed that the material has a lot of breathable holes, so even though it is snug around the chin, it at least doesnât overheat, which was one of my initial concerns. Overall, this chin strap seems to help diminish the snoring issue, but it might take a bit of time getting used to wearing something like this to sleep.

A couple of things….
The main product page photo (image number one) shows two of these, but the written description doesn’t spell it out: you will receive TWO of these (well, I did anyway).
Each, is individually wrapped in a thin cellophane bag, both packaged in a white, generic box.
There are no product description or “use and care” instructions included with the straps, so you will need to refer to the product page for that info (and reviews like this).
CUT TO THE CHASE: I like these.
No, they are not perfect, (I’ll get to that in a second) but overall are well made with what appear to be quality materials, and they keep my mouth (well, *jaw* actually) closed…for the most part (I’ll get to that in a second too).
First though, the product description seems to conflict with itself as to what these are made of.
In one place it says:
“is made of upgraded soft, comfortable, and flexible high-quality fabric…”
and in another place (separate bullet points):
“is made of breathable neoprene…”.
The main body of this, the perforated part, is what I would guess is a polyester, nylon, or some stretchy type of strong synthetic fabric.
It does not look or feel like neoprene.
The hemmed borders also are a fabric of some type, not neoprene.
“No, they are not perfect”.
The velcro tabs are just a little bit thick, some may find them annoying.
I sleep on my back and so, could feel the one on the back of my head a little, but really, I just sort of noticed it, it didn’t bother me or keep me awake.

These keep my *jaw* comfortably and securely closed.
Notice I’m saying my jaw, not my mouth.
I use a CPAP.
At times, the pressure will blow my lips open and air will come rushing out.
This happens with another (brand of) chin strap also, so it’s not about the chin strap not holding the *jaw* closed; it does that well.
Snoring…I still snore some, even using a CPAP.
I’m not sure yet if this helps reduce or eliminate snoring for me; it’s intermittent.
After a decent test period of time, I’ll update this review with that info
Overall, I’m glad I ordered these and will use them (until the next, even better revision comes along).
I’ve given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use or results.

It’s a simple, effective, and affordable
I decided to try out the Chin Strap. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be an amazing solution for me. Let me tell you all about my experience.
