Do not waste your money! It only has one speed, horrible smell and you can’t feel the wind on your hand let alone in your nose. I’m returning it!

If you only sleep on your back with your head tilted back and never move youâll be fine. Otherwise it will fall out during the night, especially if you sleep on your side. The base is flat so it doesnât really fit well.

Arrived on time . Stopped the snoring!!!! Happy I got them lol was finally able to get some zzzzz . You need to make sure you wash your nose first and then bring it on your nose.I thought I had sleep apnea. When I used them I slept through the night!
