This anti snoring devices is going to change my life
Iâve been battling with snoring and sleep apnea for awhile now. Iâve tried so many snoring solution and somehow this mouth guard for grinding teeth at night is the best solution for my snoring problem. From my understanding, there are 3 reasons why people snore:1. Jaw moves backwards while sleeping which blocks your throat and causes you to snore.2. Tongue moves backwards also causing a blockage in your airway causing you to snore3. Clogged nasal passages causing you to snore.If your issue is only 1: jaw moves backwards, then this is the best solution to fix that snoring problem. Iâve had cpap, zyppah, nasal strips, chip straps, mouth tape, but none of those truly worked. Idk why there are so many bad reviews but this night guards for teeth grinding works for me and itâs definitely worth the try since itâs the cheapest solution.Note: because Iâve tried so many other products, Iâve gotten use to the slobbering and jaw adjustment. But if this is your first time, there is an adjustment period, but you will get used to it.
