I followed the instructions to a T and gave it a week. But this device did nothing to reduce my snoring while asleep. Your mileage may vary.

Anti snoring sleep aid worked as it should!
The anti snoring sleep aid worked as it should! The device came in a nice box. Once opened the contents of the package revealed the anti snoring device, the adhesive pads and a charging cable/base. The adhesive pads are simply placed under the chin. The device is then turned on and placed onto the metal button type connectors of the adhesive piece and the loops placed around the ears and tightened. The device senses snoring and delivers a small electrical pulse. The intensity of the pulse can be changed with the push of a the small button on the front. The adhesive pads are not re-useable and are kind of costly to buy replacements (10/$10). The device comes with 5 so you have as 5 night trial to see if the device works for you and is worth the cost nightly for a better sleep. All in all this device works as described. I paired it with mouth sleep tape and woke up feeling like I got a better nights rest. My wife and I both!

I love the YKuzLx anti-snoring device! It’s so cool and easy to use. The device has sensors that can monitor my throat vibrations and snoring. i believe it helps
seems to work enough to quiet and limit snoring. i believe it has curbed it enough to gain a better nights sleep, and i def feel more rested when I wake up now. I would recommend this for anyone who has spent too much money on every different level of technology, nasal strips, or any of that, and need something to start working on the problem.
