I recently tried an Anti-Snore Chin Strap to reduce snoring and improve sleep quality. Hereâs my take base on my wife’s observation:Effectiveness:The device noticeably reduced my snoring volume, especially since I tend to mouth-breathe at night. It may not completely stop snoring and isnât ideal for severe cases like sleep apnea, but it helps.Comfort & Fit:The strap feels snug, which took a few nights to adjust to. It may feel restrictive for some, but I got used to it after a few days of usage. The soft, breathable material and adjustable Velcro provide a decent level of comfort.Overall, A solid choice for mild snorers, but itâs not a comprehensive fix. If snoring persists, consider other options or consult a doctor.

Effective anti-snoring sleep tool
The chin strap is effective for snoring control. My husband used to complain a lot about my snoring issue. But he said it’s gone after I started using this chin strap. The material of the strap is soft and breathable. It’s not uncomfortable to wear at all. The Velcro is pretty stable in maintaining the tightness of the strap. It remains functioning all night long.

It works, but…
I bought this to use in conjunction with a nasal CPAP mask. It does the job, but it seems with this and the headgear for the CPAP, I keep waking up in the middle of the night feeling hot, and like I’m trapped in something. I might get used to it eventually, or maybe not.
