The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn’t take me too long to get used to the mouth guard. Granted its only been 1 night but I didn’t snore and feel like I had a great night sleep, same with my husband

Does not work
It came with no instructions. The mouthpiece didnât fit well, too small. As far as preventing snoringâ¦my husband still snored and actually snored more while wearing this if that was even possible. So overall, this product was a total fail. Save your money and invest in a different , more effective anti snoring mouth guard/piece!

There is no instructions for this product in the packaging also it’s not a one size fits all.. made for a small/narrow mouth or jaw.. no return on this product. Wasted money on my part on this mouthpiece
