Easy to organize
Having a litter of puppies can be confusing and hard to organize. Not with these! There very well made and adorable! So many areas to fill in all important information, the vet even loved them

Good Product
It is like a thick quality paper pamphlet that you fold and fill. It has all the sections youâll need for your pet. I only needed one, maybe two for when that one runs out. But it comes in a multi pack, which I like for replacing them since it is paper material and likely easily damaged. I love the pocket which I use for receipts and documents proving my petsâ vaccines. The front even has a section for microchipped and spayed/neutered pets. All in all you canât beat $9 for something so detailed. Definitely would recommend since itâs both easy to use and thorough.

I love these, they even have a pocket to put your receipts or whatever. Don’t buy these with the collars, the collars were crap.
