Unfortunately I found a not so fun way of acquiring rug burn – and these readily solved that problem.If you have a need for a little cushion around the bony parts while partaking in certain activities, I would highly recommend that you pick a pair of these up!(Otherwise you can take your chances while planking and doing other vigorous exercises.) 😉

The thing I was disappointed in is the fabric is rough and uncomfortable on my elbows which causes continuous after putting them on an within a very short time and additionally they’re not as spongy and cushiony as I expected.

Runs small in size
Quality is good but definitely not one size fits all. I am a woman with only average size arms and it was too small to fit over my elbow. I looked at many of the similar products Amazon has of this type and this seems to be a common problem…they are all too small. Someone needs to deal with this problem.
