Great product. It stretches around your knees loose or tight and bends with your legs without digging into your skin or falling off. Nice thickness so itâs cold but not agonizingly cold. I often go to bed wearing it, which just shows how comfortable it is. If you know you need to ice your knees but donât really like it, this product is perfect for you.

Cold for 20 minutes
This gel ice pack is so soft and comfortable, but it does only stay cold for about 20 minutes. But you should only be icing about 30 minutes at a time anyway. Works great for my husbandâs knee after knee replacement. I bit hard to walk in as is slides down.

Doesn’t stay cold long
I was excited to receive these but I would have to agree that these don’t stay cold very long. To be fair, I strap these on my knees right after a run, cycling, or jumping rope and my body must be warm/hot. These go into my chest freezer every night after use so I know they are adequately chilled when I use them the next day. They only last 15 to 20 minutes max once applied. I liked that this came in a set of 2 and I like the included storage bags. Just wished they stayed cold longer.
