Count Down

What a great Timer
My digital cooking and laundry timer of about 30 years packed it in and called it a day recently. I looked on Amazon to see what similar items were available. This one is great. Big numbers… easy to set with the rotating dial. And it’s got magnets… you can put it on your fridge… but I wanted to mount it elsewhere so I went to Home Depot, bought a similar sized electrical junction box cover plate, stuck that to the wall with tiny pieces of double face foam tape and I’m good to go.

It’s a timer and it does what it says it does.
Just want to open the review by saying that the pictures do make this thing look a lot more solid than it actually is. It is a fully plastic timer, which means there is a bit of flex but no real durability issues(I just wouldn’t reccomend dropping it). The magnets in it are fine and actually work decently well. The screen is actually easy to read from al angles. Turning the knob is fine and the screen is actually very responsive. The volume is loud and gets your attention pretty well. It also seems like the battery life is fairly good on this thing, I put batteries in it months ago and it still works fine.
Rating 4 stars because it doesn’t deserve 5 because it just very average. I can recommend getting this one though.

I use it everyday. I like it very much. Easy to use, the tone is not to agressive and you can switch to full sound or half sound, safe as the lightning. Use batteries a lot, but I have rechargeable batteries so, it’s ok.
Work great, magnet stick on the refrigerator, always close to me when I cook.

Hay varios modelos y todos muy parecidos, me anime por este en especÃfico por el precio y los comentarios positivos, y no me decepcionó. Pensé que el exterior era de metal pero no es plástico, de hecho todo es de plástico pero trabaja muy bien! Cumple con lo prometido y para lo que es. lo recomiendo al 100%.
Llevo con el dos semanas y lo uso a diario unas 2 ó 3 veces al dÃa por cuestiones médicas, ya que me toma la oxigenación por un minuto 3 veces al dÃa y este es un buen temporizador para ello.
