This is great support for your back
It is good back support, the only issue I have with it is the straps that come up over the shoulders and go under your armpits they rub and make you sore, maybe if they were round and soft they wouldnât rub so much.

Uncomfortable around arm pits
Does it work? -yesâ¦. But the band around the armpit is wide and very uncomfortable after a little while of wearing it. It actually rubbed a raw spot on my skin and I was sore for a couple days after. I want to wear this discreetly under my work clothes so a t-shirt under isnât an option.

Ok. After having 5 treatments at pain centers for back pain that didn’t work I will say that this back support brace was unbelievable as far as giving me something that worked.This doesn’t eliminate pain but supports your back that the pain is delayed to a point that you can deal with.I found myself walking longer distances with it on and a confidence that assured me that any compromising circumstance would be handled easier while the brace was on.I am wearing this daily around the house and if I go out. The comfort level is outstanding that I’m in the mood to always want it on.I highly reccomend you buy this as you’re gonna be happy you did.Bennett

This product is a good reminder for poor posture nor a cure. Exercises will improve posture.
If you have poor posture, this brace is not going to correct it. No brace will. Exercises are required if you let your posture get bad. Use this brace as a reminder, for example a desk job that could give you bad posture. If the shoulder braces dig into your armpits, then you probably already have poor posture and exercises are a good solution to correct the problem. No brace alone will improve your posture. Im 6-6â. This fits better than expected. I have problems with my shoulders rolling over. Lets see fi this helps. So far so good. Would have given 5 stars if the product would have gone down to hips like model.
