Exactly As Described
This harness works exactly as described. It is made like you would expect it to be, based on the product pictures–and the pictures clearly illustrate how it is to be worn. I’ve seen these types of products before (but they were far more expensive) so I knew what to expect. This was easy to figure out and put on with that in mind. And it did work. I woke up multiple times with the ball digging into my back and promptly turned on my side. This didn’t lead to a good night of sleep, but with time and perseverance I could see it retraining my unconscious (sleeping) mind to stay off my back. I have obstructive sleep apnea which is a condition that can absolutely wreck your health. I’m compliant with my CPAP but I’m hoping that with time, this product will help me get better rest and be healthier.

Poor Quality
I wish I could give this a good review. But when I took it out, it was flimsy, cheaply made, and not clear how to use it. There were no directions. It does not look like the photo either. My husband would not use this. Thought it was a joke.
