We love our bikes again!!!
My husband complained about a sore butt and stopped biking. I ordered these for him.He said the feel on his bike, & the look, the fabric, the short’s style, & security of pockets are excellent!I agreed BUT!!!…Please also make them for WOMEN with WOMEN’S gel padding (Women’s gel padding is different) for ME. I LOVE them too! I looked all over Amazon and I can’t find any like these. I Have to stick with the women’s gel padded bike shorts for comfort in the ‘girly’ area. When you add that to the women’s line please let me know.

Fit perfect, padding is “there”
I’m 5’10” and 150# wet, jean size 31×32. Size medium fit perfect for these bike shorts. Not impressed with overall padding, only true padding is directly under butt/tailbone area up thru the middle. Front area has the pad extend but no true padding. I give it 4 stars, nice pair of shorts but no true padding up front. Comfortable in the saddle, not a HUGE difference you would expect when comparing normal shorts to road bike shorts where you are sitting on a memory foam pillow basically. It does the job! After riding downhill and around the block, the shorts do well, I’m happy with them, wouldn’t mind the front padding actually to be padding instead of a piece of cloth in thickness and comfort.

Baggy interior lining does not keep padding near body
Packaging and delivery were fine. Materials and workmanship were also very good. The interior lining was over sized by a size or two. 94% polyester shorts work very well: material does not abrade or rub legs raw from pedaling.Sizing: Bought Large spandex padded cycling shorts months before (for wearing under riding pants in long dual sport rides) and the waist was near 20″ out of the package so way too tight for my 37-38″ waist. Bought XL this time for MB shorts and they fit like 2XL in all areas but the waist that is good. Droopy crotch often catches on seat when moving on & off seat making the transition difficult on mountain ebike. Top slash open side pockets are oriented toward top of thigh – pump the legs and contents can fall out. Lower zippered pockets work better. Butt & bottom suspended padding must be carefully oriented to work well given the excess material means it can easily be in the wrong location. I would try another brand or just a Large in future. Made in communist China. Has a false fly, no opening or zipper. Machine wash on gentle multiple times, once had a chain grease stain that came out fine with a single wash cycle.Black/grey style has contrast that has a couple small reflective tabs means I can be easily seen day or night.

Very disappointed. Padded insert is way too loose and doesn’t fit.
I was hoping these would be really nice, and was also pleasantly surprised at the overall quality when I took them out of the bag, but was extremely disappointed when I tried them on. I’m a 34 waist and wear a large, but when I put them on, the padded insert just hung loose and was very uncomfortable. I’ve been cycling for decades and was expecting the insert to fit like a pair of cycling shorts, but they’re very, very loose. I’ve owned MTB shorts with inserts before, and they’ve always been a snug fit, just like cycling shorts. I really wanted to like these, but was very disappointed. I’ll be returning them if I can. If I can’t return them, I’ll have to take some scissors and cut out the padded insert and ride with regular cycling shorts underneath.
