How to use

Use the included plastic scraper on the Banneton basket to easily remove dough, also use it to split the dough in parts for proofing.3. When your dough is ready for shaping and final proof.4. Prepare your Banneton, rub the inside of the basket with flour to help prevent the dough from sticking.5. Place the dough in the Banneton basket6. Cover refrigerate, wait and let it final rise.7. Turn your dough out of the Banneton, you will get the traditional spiral ring pattern on the surface of the dough.8. Score the dough with a scoring knife, create a nice opening of the crust during baking, brings out the bread baker’s artistic talent, allowing a unique signature.9.
