Low sugar, high protein, tastes great!
I buy a lot of protein bars and shakes for quick meals on the go, and as well all know they can really vary in taste, texture, ingredients and nutritional stats. These bars are hands down the best out there. They have a substantial chewy texture but theyâre not grainy, gritty, or waxy. They donât leave that weird coating in your mouth, the chocolate doesnât flake off, they donât get all crumbly in your bag, and they arenât lightweight crisp rice bars or watery drinks masquerading as a filling meal. They are very similar in taste to a popular candy bar, without the sugar, and they donât have that fake stevia or xylitol aftertaste. They are substantial enough to fill me up for several hours, unlike shakes or protein drinks, they are relatively low cal, and they also satisfy my sweet tooth when I want dessert. The Barebells bars are not cheap by any means- but you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quick, substantial nutrition in a convenient portable form!

Spendy but Worth the Protein
I just hate it when products advertise, “High Protein,” and the gram count per serving is like, six. This one delivers. I am following a high protein, little or no sodium, minimal sugar and fat nutrition regimen for physical reasons. But every once in a while, my sweet tooth starts throbbing and these bars provide the protein, little sugar and yet, they’re like a dessert. They are not overboard on the values that most people tend to regulate when trying to build muscle, lose weight, or have specific nutritional needs in support of other problems. Not all the bars are this high in protein or low in the other ingredients. Because of the price, I ration my consumption, although it would be SO easy to sit down and binge on five or six of the yummy bars. They ARE gooey, though, and need to stay cooler else they will melt not only in your mouth, but in your hand as well. They were actually shipped in an insulated bag with a frozen block inside, although the block was thawed by the time I got the package. But these are well-worth the investment. They’re not a substitute for a sweet, juicy peach or a good, crisp apple, but they’re a heckuva lot better choice than half a gallon of Pralines and Cream ice cream if that choice must be made.

Hi yâall, if you have a ridiculously busy, active schedule(like me) and canât find the time to get in that extra protein and calories without sacrificing flavor then youâve come to the right place.YOUâVE FOUND IT!- A bar that supplements those calories and protein without that chalky or overly gummy texture youâll usually find in protein bars.-These taste phenomenal, they have a very low sugar content and 20 grams of protein per bar.-A decent variety of flavors, mine being the peanut. Itâs like a snickers!-They arenât a âdietâ style protein bar so donât expect them to have a very low calorie count. Each bar contains around 200 calories.-The price is decent when purchased in bulk in comparison.Cons:-itâs summer and they shipped with an ice pack that definitely melted before they arrived so my bars with slightly melted. I popped them in the freezer for a bit and theyâve been great just a little bit smooshed.-these arenât a whole food bar.They donât have a lot of nutrient density if thatâs the type of calorie replacement/protein bar youâre seeking out

Great flavor, soft, tasty bar
My fav are the salty peanut and caramel cashew. They all are soft and a little chewy which is a great combo. The flavor called out like cookie & cream while good, is very light in stated flavor. They are not loaded with other ingredients and a quality bar. They are now my go to.

These taste like a candy bar! They take care of my sweet cravings while packing some protein. If they were higher in fiber, it would bring down the net carbs, but if you can spare the carbs these are a great choice. I cut them up and use them in a high protein âsnickers saladâ.

These protein bars are some of the best Iâve had! Great macros and taste like a healthy candy bar. The one reason Iâm giving them four stars is because they definitely have that fake protein taste to them that all protein bars have, but itâs not overpowering at all.
