Great daily vitamin
I’ve been taking these every day over the last 6 months. They are affordable and give me the daily recommended amount that is recommended by my surgeon. They aren’t hard to swallow like some of the vitamins out there. There’s no taste or bad smell. I’d say the quality is great and would recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing.

Iâve been taking this for 2 weeks now, pill size is average & easy to take. No smell, I canât give a review on energy because I think I need more time in taking it. No after taste or bad taste. Looks great on the vitamins for bariatrics. Will update later.

No bad smell or taste!!
They do make me feel sick but Iâm pretty sure all multivitamins do that.I just take it after eating a string cheese or yogurt and go to bed immediately after so I donât feel sick haha. All the other brands Iâve tried had that smell and taste I couldnât stomach. I would just not take them because I dreaded it that much. THESE DONâT HAVE THAT! Seriously no smell or taste!! Besides a supplement having the things I need, I would say this is the most important factor for me. This is the only brand Iâve tried that doesnât have that problem. By far the best Iâve tried.

Great 1 a day option
I do love the fact that these are just 1 a day! They might be large for some people but I take it with plenty of water in the morning. The one thing I donât like personally is if I burp I can taste that âvitaminâ taste. Other than thatâ¦they are a good budget friendly option.

No yucky after taste!
Iâve noticed with a lot of vitamins that when I burp shortly after ingesting, I burp and get a nasty taste but I havenât had that issue with this vitamin. Thereâs no smell at all when I open the bottle. My energy level has improved. While the capsule is a little on the larger size, it was really easy to swallow. A great quality vitamin that I will continue to purchase.

My husband used this after having a gastric sleeve done for about 2 years until his dietary needs changed. We were able to set it up on a monthly reoccurring purchase. This brand was the only one that didnt make his tummy hurt.
