Bought this for my 60 lb dog who is heavily chompy but not destructive. The toy is good for fetch and the old “try to take it” maneuver. I grab the arm all the time and the first layer is separating but still sturdy. It gives a satisfying hiss when chomped and the texture of the spike plastic center are noticeable in a fun way.

My dog is a toy destroyer
I’ve had a hard time trying to find toys that my dog, Zara loves because she’s actually very picky. Ive gotten plenty of Kong toys that are well known to be indestructible but she wants nothing to do with them. Then I got her ropes and that seemed to be good for a while until she was getting sick in the middle of the night from eating all of the string. Stuffed toys aren’t good because she’ll rip them within seconds and eat all of the stuffing. I felt like I’ll never score the perfect toy for her.I found the three layered cactus toy and decided to give it a go. It’s clearly designed to be ripped and destroyed to get the ball in the middle which is actually really cute and fun to see all of the layers.The cactus arms have stuffing and of course that’s the first thing she went for and ate. I had to watch her and make sure I took the stuffing away before she ate it. And before I knew it, she ate half of the first layer fabric lol once she got through the first layer, all she’s been doing is walking around the house with the toy in her mouth. But now she’s tired and passed out on the couch from all of the fun.This toy won’t last long with a toy destroyer but it sure does give them something to do and it’s a cute toy. I do recommend!!

One thing you can count on is Bark brand toys. They never disappoint. They have soooo many fun themed toys for your pups and even have really awesome themed toys sometimes that I’ll buy just to collect lolol. As for this toy, it’s amazing. You get 2 decent sized pieces of chicken that squeak and you get the bucket which also has a squeaker and crazy crinkle. My fur babies LOVE crazy crinkle. It sounds like crumbling up tin foil or something which drives them crazy which they love! Nice amount of stuffing in the chicken if your pup likes to destroy and get that squeaker prize in the middle lolol. Performance wise it stands up well and is of great quality. I can’t think of any safety concerns unless you’re concerned about your pup digging out the squeaker and swallowing that which isn’t likely to happen. Bark is known for fun and safe toys. I will ALWAYS trust and count on Bark toys!!

I have a large dog (Staffordshire Shepherd Pit mix) that loves to tear apart things.The last toy I bought he had ripped it apart and had the spiky squeak ball out in less than 2 weeks. This one it’s been almost a MONTH and he has not ripped open the body. The squeak is quiet because it’s still encased in stuffing and cloth. He loves to chew on it.The flower and one arm were torn off within 2 days of giving this to him upon delivery.This toy either is very well made or my dog wants to make this toy last longer than the other. Irony is that I want him to rip into it so I can see the actual size and color of the squeak ball; also to know how loud it is once it is finally revealed.3/28 So the squeaker broke before my dog even revealed it .. I could hear it rattling around still. I contacted customer service and they sent a new one. It wasn’t the same as the cactus but it is still nice of them to do.Oh and when dog finally revealed the blue spiky football he was no longer amused. The first layer was the smiling cactus and the second is a sad cactus. It’s adorable and the stitching on the second layer was not as tough as the first one.

Es un juguete curioso, pues se puede usar la bolsa para esconder premios o las papitas. Mi perro se entretuvo más con la bolsa que con las papitas xD… en menos de una semana, mi perro ya rasgó el interior de la bolsa.Bonito, pero un poco caro vs durabilidad.
