I opened the package and was happy with the purchase. Has everything plus a helpful training guide. Can’t wait to get started with the Barkie products. Hoping to improve on her training. However, I was disappointed when scanning the QR code on the back of the training guide. There was no instructional video. “This activity is over, Thank you for participating.” This is the message displayed on the link. I would give it 5 stars if I was able to actually watch the video. It must have been promotional and for a short ti.e. sorry I missed it. I really need the help.
