It works!!
I’m a big skeptic and have tried a number of natural remedies for menopause related sleep issues. Some work ok for a little while and others just leave you a zombie the next day.This really worked for me! You have to take it at least half an hour before bed (45min worked better for me) and it genuinely helps me get to sleep and wake up refreshed.It’s expensive, but I only take 1 every few days now and it’s worth every cent!

I really wanted to try and find something to help me sleep, and even I tried 3 per night and nothing, the bottle only bring 30 pills and for the price, and I was done with bottle in 2 weeks, too expensive and doesn’t work.
