My little schnauzer has some bladder issues and it never fails when she has an accident it is on my bed. This blanket has been such a lifesaver. It’s so easy, I just lay it out in the spot where she lays and it provides an extra barrier to protect my mattress and bedding. It’s incredibly soft and both of my dogs love the comfortability of it. It’s not an eyesore either! The color I got is great, kind of khaki colored – it matches my bedding perfectly. I love that one side is just plush and one side has a stitched pattern. It seems to be very high quality, especially for what I spent on it. Great value for the money. I’ve even put it in my lap before and I have to say it’s quite warm.

Exactly what we wanted!
We needed a waterproof blanket for our bed to keep our boxer/pug mix from drooling on our bed when he’s chewing his toys and this is better than I expected! We try to keep him out of the bedroom with chews in general but sometimes we get distracted and end up with a soggy slobbery spot somewhere on the bed or comforter and this blanket looks beautiful and gives us peace of mind for those times when we’re not paying attention. 10/10!Oh and I also bought the same dog sized blanket for my pups bed. **UPDATE: I’m knocking this down to 4 stars as it was not “waterproof”. I knocked over a can of seltzer and quickly picked it back up, but the liquid went straight through the blanket and onto the couch. I’m surprised and disappointed since there were a number of other reviews attesting to the waterproof nature. I also have a different Bedsure blanket that I’ve tested to be actually waterproof.**We have a number of Bedsure blankets already, but I want to get this one since it has the fluffy Sherpa material on the back. I got the 30×40” in taupe and the color looks exactly like in the picture. I ended up ordering another one because I loved look and feel of it.The Sherpa side is so soft!! I’ve put it through the washer and dryer and it comes out almost the same. Overall, I love that this blanket doesn’t look like a “dog” blanket and can be used as a decorative throw or a human blanket.

This works great as long as your dog aims at this blanket
I recently got a puppy and she sleeps in bed with us. This is the only dog that I’ve ever had that pees in the bed. So, I ordered this blanket and it works great. If my puppy has an accident, it puddles and does not go through the blanket. It has saved me washing my whole bedding several times. The only thing is that I didn’t buy one that covers my whole bed and if puppy misses this blanket, it is a disaster. Other than that this blanket does the job and is actually soft and doesn’t have a wrinkle sound. I definitely would recommend it.
