Whenever I shop Whole Foods I attempt to get this high quality ground meat. The 20% fat content is, in my opinion, just right. The more lean content tends to be a little dry after cooked. What really impresses me is that the fat drippings remain liquid, it does not coagulate as other brands do. May this always be the case in upkeeping high quality.
