*Update*First pic is the day it was put together 7/20/24Second pic is today 10/15/24Iâve had this couch for a while now. As anticipated, the cushions expanded great and the couch is quite comfortable! It is firm, but not bad, I fall asleep often being so comfortable. It looks great and was worth the price. Would buy again if given the choice.Received the produced 3 days after ordering. It comes shipped in two boxes, got them delivered separately over two days, was very easy to put together. The cushions come vacuum sealed and expand over time. It is pretty firm after they all expand but is comfortable. Good quality for the price. The color is as pictured and ended up matching my loveseat almost perfectly. So far it seems pretty sturdy. Perfect for a small apartment

Absolutely love this couch! It came promptly, had easy assembly and looks beautiful in my spare sitting room. I purchased the aqua color and it is a true aqua. The fabric is of good quality and the couch is very comfortable. The only con is the packaging is so sealed that the fabric has to puff up and lose the wrinkles. For the most part it has! Good price, nice couch worth the purchase.

For the price this couch is WELL worth the money. I was very skeptical because I purchased a “box” couch before and was unhappy with it, but I now live on the second floor and was not able to fit a standard couch through the entrance. So I had to resort to this. I spent alot of time choosing what couch and decided on this one.I received both boxes the next day I ordered it and putting it together was a breeze. The couch is firm but comfortable (I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to comfort). It is not huge (think loveseat) but it is a good size and not to my standards considered “miniature” as some box couches are.**PLEASE NOTE that the cushions for the seats may not expand all the way, HOWEVER all I did was take a blow dryer and warm up the foam inside and it worked very well! The cushions are almost perfect now!Overall an EXCELLENT buy for the money. I highly recommend this couch!!**I was not endorsed or received anything free in exchange for my review.

Great couch, nightmare assembly
I just wanna start off by saying that I love this couch. I needed a couch-in-a-box to be able to get one into my tiny apartment door, and this was the one I landed on.Comfort wise, it’s a little on the firmer side, but once you let the cushions have some time to puff up after opening, they’re pretty comfy to sit or nap on.It’s cost effective, a great starter couch that’d I’d definitely recommend.Now, why the 4 stars? The dang assembly.The instructions are basically just pictures. While it’s simple enough to follow, the first step took me forever to figure out. Granted I may just be stupid, but the images made it look like it’s supposed to slide on a certain way when it’s supposed to slide on another way. Also, putting the back pieces on sucked, because the metal pegs on the back cushions were just *slightly* wider than the slotted in holes they were supposed to go into.. not to mention said holes were also covered by fabric as it wasn’t cut properly. I had to cut some of the inner lining and hammer the pegs to get them to even fit.This doesn’t effect the performance or aesthetic of the couch, but still gave me enough of a headache that I deducted a star.

Review after 1 year of use. Easy assembly and initial comfort. After 1 year of use, the couch sags and becomes painful to sit for long hours. It does not provide enough support. But itâs great for a couch that no one will use often or for a short term purpose.

This couch was easy to put together (63 yr old female) and fits well in my small apartment. It is comfortable and I look forward to getting home from work to relax on it. The fabric is lasting quite well (have had couch for 4 months) with 2 cats and myself using it. I really like this couch!

Cushions were smashed for shipping.
Love the color and comfortable. Perfect size for our Party Barn. Cushions were smashed for shipping purposes for the smaller part of the couch and ottoman. Luckily the ottoman cushion finally took shape after a week. For the small cushion was not the same size or shape as the larger cushion of the couch. Had to purchase a foam shape to make that would match the cushion for the couch and replace the one that was shipped to us. Satisfied.

Sofa arrived on time. I contacted the Customer Support Team because one of the parts arrived with a small defect. They were very responsive, and sent a replacement for that part immediately. I am happy with the sofa and happy with the service.

I read about American’s buying this for under $500. It’s not terrible but it is not what I expected There is no way I’m boxing this up and trying to send it back. It is worth $500 maybe even $700 but $1400 for this I could of gotten one from the brick for 1/2 the price I just set this thing up just now so maybe it will grow on me I do not hate it but I do not love it
