One of the best lotions I’ve used
I’ve used the oils from this brand before and the lotion has a similar consistency though more milky. It has a good subtle scent!I usually use this lotion especially in the winter when my skin is suoer dry and within a couple days my skin is soft, nice and hidrated. I can usually go a few days without havinng to reapply!

Itâs like the oil and lotion versions had a baby. Seems to absorb more like lotion but itâs very light and had oil/watery consistency. I do like it. Good alternative to using oil. I would but again but two pack will last a while. No complaints. Works well!

Don’t forget to shake it! It’s a bit messy and very watery, but hydrates amazingly
Just as a note, the consistency is NOT like a regular lotion. I took a star away due to how messy this is, but the value is great, especially since I was using up a whole 2 ounce bottle per week, which got pretty costly. You absolutely have to give this a good shake before using- this helps mix up the ingredients and makes the consistency a little less watery, and slightly heavier (like oil). I find that the original Bio-Oil is less messy because it’s more viscous (it’s not watery at all). I also find that it smells better, has more immediate (noticeable) results, and can be used on your face; however, the body lotion is a better value for body hydration, which means using the regular Bio-Oil for just your face. Despite the fact that droplets on the floor and around the bedroom are unavoidable whenever I use this, I haven’t had any issues with the droplets ruining fabric, upholstery, or wood. I can just wipe the drops away and it doesn’t leave a lasting oily residue. If it gets on clothing, it’s minimal and comes out in the wash.

So moisturizing and soothing
I have been very dehydrated lately and my skin was very dry to the point of itching after every shower and having patches of visible dry flaky skin. I was basically looking for anything that was in my price range and could get here soon because I was tired of itching and feeling this tight dry skin all the time. I bought this product and as soon as it went on my skin I literally felt like my skin was saying thank you for all this nourishment and all this moisture. My skin felt amazing and now that I’ve been using it for four or five days my skin has no more dry patchiness it stopped itching and it feels really nice now and smooth and soft. I would highly recommend to anyone with dry skin. It is unscented so that makes it very non-gender specific so if you’re a woman or a man you can buy this and put this on without feeling like oh I’m going to smell floral or I’m going to smell musky. But honestly I would definitely give this a try for anyone who’s having dry skin problems because it’s really nice it goes on very nice it doesn’t feel sticky or goopy because it dries really quickly and it’s so nice and I have itchy flaky skin.

Itâs okay!
Bought this to use with the regular Bio Oil, itâs okay but would not repurchase. The bottle gets super oily after each use and provides good moisture initially but does not last long. This is basically unscented. Good ingredients but wish it was a little thicker!

Wonderful for dry skin
I love this product. I have very dry skin and this is the only product I have found that alleviates the dryness. I use it in the morning and the evening. It gets rid of cracked skin and makes my skin smooth and soft. Keep in mind this is a oil and pours out like a watery lotion. I put in on my hand and rub it onto my arms and legs where the dryness is. It does not stay oily on the skin long, just a silky feel is left.

Lotion vs Oil
I use Bio-oil and love everything about the product, so I decided to try the lotion. Yes, at first I thought it was too watery, and it didn’t look or smell anything like the oil. But, please know that this is a genuine product, and not watered down nor fake, like some disappointed people here have sorely reviewed!! This is a lotion, and the oil is an oil…simply two completely different products made by the same company. So, as far as Bio-lotion is concerned, and apart from juding it against Bio-oil, I do like the way it goes on my skin, it definitely works well, and it has a clean smell, meaning no scent at all. I actually think this is a great lotion to use when you don’t want greasy residue on your clothes…and especially if you are scent-sensitive, or maybe you just want to smell like yourself and not a walking lavender bush:)lol

I have been a big Bio oil user for years. I use to mix it in with my regular moisturizer. This is now the perfect product for me. Shake it well before using. Glides onto your skin but not oily. Highly recommend .
