Exotic and amazing
I can’t put into words how ylang-ylang smells. The best I can do is to say it has a sweet, burning, hypnotic smell. The Goetia Demon Andrealphus prefers it, and I can see why! Andrealphus is associated with lucid dreaming, scientific connections (connecting two things in your mind to solve a problem or advance a solution), and applied memory. Ylang-ylang brings all of that to mind. I burn a lot of different kinds of incense, but ylang-ylang seems the most suited of any for rituals.The cone blazes like a champ and produces a thick, intense, aromatic cloud of smoke.It is highly recommended, especially if you are doing a ritual for Andrealphus.

FYI rather than a complaint
These are a good value, being larger than most cones and producing lasting scent.The sandalwood smoke is a bit harsher than I am accustomed to, so if you use one of these in a smaller room I’d recommend lighting one and letting it burn completely for about ten minutes or more before entering the room. It can really smoke you out if you try to stay in the room while it’s burning — one cone should be plenty!I’d also suggest letting the cone burn for about 15 seconds before blowing out to get a good ember glowing at the tip.

These just arrived. Didn’t pay attention, but only 10 cones for $8. Hope they last a while, each, at least longer than it took to get the invisible wrapping off the small case they came in! (jk’g but it truly was not easy; seller: is it really necessary to make them so hard to get at?) The label indicating scent was on the outside of the invisible wrapping, so, again hoping that the correct label is on the case, tho the unlit scent of the contents is lovely. They come with a tiny saucer(?) for burning on, but I already have a very nice wooden, cone-top burner to use them with. I don’t know yet about longevity or value. Will update in a few days. Probably reviewing too soon, but was so frustrated with the wrap, I felt the need to advise other buyers. I don’t review many things I buy anywhere, but something like this wrapping situ called for one. Blessings! Safe and Happy New Year!

Incredible smell
I love incense. I use it for meditation, and burn some while taking a hot bath to relax. Ylang Ylang is my favorite, and these cones donât disappoint. They are large and burn for about 25-30 minutes. The smell is incredible. I will order again.

Iâd buy the largest (most cost effective) size next time. Fragrance is AMAZING. Very divine . I got the ylang ylang. It is hand made in India and is the real stuff. Uplifts mood and freshens up space. I use daily. ⦠I cant comment on how long the fragrance lasts because when one is sitting in the presence of a fragrance long enough, then the brain gets used to it. But when someone would walk into your home, theyâll be able to smell it. Works for me.
