When I opened the package I was skeptical that it would put enough pressure on the arm to get a correct reading, but it definitely does it right. I would recommend this product.

arm cuff size large
unit seemed to operate accurately, tho’ perhaps consistently 5 points high. However the cuff’s lenght for smaller arms was too long, making it difficult to use and get reliable readings. I compare this to another unit I have, which does not present this situation. Please note my arm is definitely on the smaller side.

Not accurate, dissapointed
I was really hoping this would be accurate but it is not. I have tried adjusting the cuff in every way possible, have used it on myself and a few other people. Yesterday I brought this to a nurse who put it on my arm the way she would normally, and this machine said my blood pressure was low. She then tested my blood pressure with her machine and it gave me a higher, normal blood pressure. The reading the nurse took, reflects my normal blood pressure that is taken at the doctors office. This thing reads everyone’s blood pressure too low when I’ve tried it. I fear that someone who has high blood pressure will use this and get a normal reading and not seek care because of the inaccuracies. This comes with a pamphlet on how to use it and other info on blood pressure along with a velvet case to put the machine and cuff. The machine seems high quality, I really wish it worked…

The readings on this monitor are totally inaccurate. Also the cuff is too wide and not comfortable.I definitely do not recommend it.
