My cats love this food!
I have tried a bunch of different foods for my cats. From very expensive all the way down to the cheapest wet food I could find. One of my two cats is very finicky and would snub certain foods, brands and flavors allowing his brother to eat his food and eat way too much if I wasn’t watching.I would buy different brands of variety packs and there was always one or two flavors one or both would snub. Finally, I came across this Blue Buffalo and both cats like all of their varieties and I don’t have to worry about the little guy leaving his dish for his brother to finish any longer.Very happy with this product!My only complaint is that amazon shipping sometimes damages 1 or 2 cans.

Less moist, more dense than other Blue formulas
Our cats normally eat Blue Freedom Indoor Cat wet food mixed with Blue Tastefuls kibble. When one of our cats recently got sick and wouldn’t eat, we tried this version of wet food hoping it would be similar to their usual wet food but different enough to eat it when sick.Pros:- It’s a Blue product. Like most of their products, they use quality ingredients with minimal fillers.- It has a good ratio of protein, carbs, and fat.- It comes in a variety of flavors.- It’s reasonably priced – more than the cheaper brands, and less than specialized brands.Cons:- It’s very dense. You can tell as soon as you put a fork into it, it’s like a dense cheesecake. The Freedom line is much more moist with a larger water content.- Of our 3 cats, none of them liked it very much. After the 3rd can, none of them wanted more than a few bites of it.This may work for some cats, but it didn’t for mine. They’re back on the Freedom line of wet food and have enjoyed it for many years. If you need a moister wet food, try the Indoor line. If you want it less moist, this line may be better.

Me, just meh
The item arrived a day late (but that was Amazon’s fault, not the maker of this product), and it was as described.I chose it because it seemed like it would have a good amount of protein in each serving. Cats are carnivores, and they don’t need all the extra fluff that we add in (veggies, grains, etc.) to make ourselves feel better, or that manufacturers add in as cheap filler. I was looking for as many sources of good protein as possible in the first 5 ingredients, and this was adequate.However, my cat staged a major hunger protest when we tried out this food. She is now eating it, albeit reluctantly, mainly b/c I decided that the food wasn’t hurting her, and I didn’t want to waste this whole big case (I’d already thrown away all the packaging & whatever would have message it possible to return it). I should have gotten a few single cans to test first.She gets ¼ of a can each AM & PM, so it takes us 2 full days to get through one can. I was hoping to find another source for high quality canned food for her since food prices have gone up significantly, but I do not intend to buy more of this unless it is absolutely all that’s available. It’s too expensive to have to jump through so many hoops just to entice her to try it.

I ordered the Blue Buffalo Tastefuls Wet Cat Food Paté in salmon flavor. to see if he would like it. As soon as I opened the can – my fur baby started yowling and trying to get to it. He really loves this brand. I also didn’t know the cans were larger than what I had bought before, so he will be satisfied longer. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Oh, and by the way – my fur baby says thank you!♥

15 of the tins are in good condition. However, these 9 tins are severely dented. Not sure if it is still ok to feed it to my 2 cats.
