These are so yummy. Theyâre like a hybrid between a cookie and a lemon bar. They tasted fresh and were all individually wrapped. They were slightly broken from shipping but not enough to ruin any of them.

Wanted to Love It
Their preserves are so delicious, I anticipated these tartlets would be too, but not quite as expected. The base is crispy like a shortbread cookie, not tender and flaky like a pastry crust, but tastes good. The lemon filling is quite tart and flavorful, but is not creamy and barely coats the top of the cookie. These are small and light, and expensive for the volume received. The individual wrapping is convenient and makes it easy to take along. I agree with other reviewers that the flimsy paper box inside a shipping envelope tends to cause the box to be crushed in transit.

If you love lemon like I do the you must get these. Delicate pastry with lemon filling. I swear there are tiny pieces of lemon in the filling. Iâll definitely be ordering more.

These were the best in the package.
I have had this product before from another source and love them, they are tart and just enough sweet with a crispy shortbread like crust about 2â or so across just about two bites and great with tea. My problem was with the product I received this time. There is supposed to be nine tarts in the package I received seven, the three pictured above are the best of the lot. The box was opened, smashed and the other four tarts were a crumb and gooey mess. Thank goodness they are individually wrapped or it would be a real mess. This product is termed ineligible for return, I had to actually talk to an agent to get my money back (nice live person) as the automated system will not allow a refund or return, at $7.08 a box it was a pricey treat to just blow off. If you can get the product intact they are great for a special occasion or treat, good luck and if you get them enjoy.

Theses cookies are delicious. The lemon filling is tart and fresh and the biscuit is crisp and yummy. The package arrived promptly, it was well wrapped and the individually wrapped product is great. I served them for tea and received many compliments.

Elles sont délicieuses ces petites tartelettes ! Elles sont difficiles à trouver dans les épiceries du Québec…il faut aller dans les marchés spécialisés en produits exportés alors j’étais heureuse de.les trouver ici ! C’est sûr que la livraison n’est pas donné, en plus elle double ou triple selon le nombre de paquets..Ce qui est ridicule puisqu’elles viennent du même fournisseur et ça ne coûte pas plus cher pour lui…mais bon. Le goût en vaut la peine !
