Waited ~30 days to write a review to really evaluate product’s effectiveness. I take it every morning when I wake up (as per the directions) and then have a cup of coffee or two before working out, but no food so workout is in fasted state. Typically I do cardio, HIIT cardio, and/or body-weight workouts in the morning (30-45 minutes). I will say about a month into using the product, my body comp has changed. Weight is down slightly but body measurements (chest, waist) are all down inches. I also do Crossfit or lifting in the afternoon and use BPI Best BCAA before those workouts. I continue to watch what I eat (no strict diet, just across the board moderation, with primary target being protein grams equaling lean mass) and truly believe this product is helping me maintain/grow muscle as I lose body fat as I can see in my body composition (weight loss is not a target, strength and fitness growth with better body comp is target). I enjoy the Fruit Punch flavor, albeit it is slightly sweet. Only recommendation (if BPI ever reads this) find a way to remove fake sweeteners and/or additives.

Got in a car accident on Thursday and recieved this Thursday. Got it to help be less sore at the gym… well since I cant go to the gym for a while I figured I’d try this to help with my soreness from my accident. Definitely has helped me not be so sore and allow me to be up and around with less pain. Cant wait to get back in the gym to try it out.

I love that this is caffeine free since I can’t have caffeine at all. I feel that this product was a game-changer in helping my muscles recover, and have noticed more muscle definition since using it. I drink it right in the AM as instructed, so it’s also a great way to get in an extra 8 ounces of water right away in the morning. The fruit punch flavor tastes great! I’m not that big of a fan of the lime (it’s not gross or anything, it’s just not as good as the fruit punch). It’s a shame that there’s red dye in this product, because the taste is great, and I could care less if it turns the water pink instead of just being non-colored. I would give it 5 stars if the there’d be a flavored option without dye.

This bcaa powder is the best and always consistent. It does have the heat element in it and when you drink it you can tell, but itâs not an awful taste at all, and Iâm pretty sensitive when it comes to weird aftertastes. I just drink mine cold to make it even more refreshing! Highly recommend!

As a late 50s something training hard for an endurance climb and a weights competition, a supplement is very necessary. BPI seems to work. I am able to train for longer and recover quicker . While the flavor is described as ‘Fruit Punch’… I am not entirely sure which exact fruits made it into this pack! The flavor is quite bitter and to my palette it tastes like almonds.. not a bad thing in my opinion.

Just got the product today. I trust that the BCAA and the L Carnintine content is correct ….. I must say that this is the best tasting bcaa I’ve got. I’ve tried so many brands and they are really sweet and a very strong chemical taste. This tastes good and not too sweet. I also like that it combines 2 compounds.
