Bought this tape for a finger injury I had and had to buddy tape some fingers together. The tape provides a nice cushion, but also allows a decent amount of movement unlike sports therapy tape which locks you in more.This stuff is also good for holding gauze or other medical products. Have also used this on the family dogs, so great multi-use self-adhesive tape.
