They help!
I use mouth tape to keep my mouth shut when I sleep, which significantly mitigates my snoring. These nasal strips help open my sinuses, which is really useful. They leave a sticky residue on my nose when I remove the strip in the morning, but it washes off with mild face soap.

Incredible! Completly opens up your nose and makes breathing way easier.
These nasal strips are truly incredible because they open up your nose and has a zero snoring effect. I broke my nose and one nostril was seventy percent closed up. This led to severe snoring and made it very hard to breath. After putting one strip on my nose, it felt as if I had just gotten my nose back and could finally breath normally again. It completely solved my snoring. This is a must buy for anyone who snores or has trouble breathing. Works incredibly.

These work very well
After reading reviews for several brands of this type of strip, I tried this one. They work! As a review suggested, I first clean the area with alcohol swabs although that may not be necessary for everyone because the adhesive is strong. The strips stay on all night and come off easily when removed in the morning.
Even with sensitive skin, I’ve had no irritation so far. I’ll amend that if needed!
All in all my sleep is improved with these and I’m glad I tried them.

Holy Crap It Works
I have never known what breathing was like before using these strips. They are admittedly REALLY good. I mean that, genuinely. I have a deviated septum and when I first put this on my first thought was: âWhat?? This is how everyone else has been breathing this whole time??â
I only use these to sleep because they look goofy as hell even though they are âdiscreetâ and Iâd rather suffocate as a product of my forsaken nose than wear this in public. To be fair, it is as discreet as you can possibly get with these.
But hey! It works and it works really well. The latex packaging did give me an allergic reaction but I just suck it up and deal with the little rash I get. Itâs like opening a bandaid, and then you just put it on your nose and it works its magic.
With that being said, it did leave bruises on my nose but I think that they just make me look cool so I donât care about that. They have an adhesive, obviously, so if your skin is sensitive it might not be the best option for you.

It really works and improves breathing, besides it reduces snoring. Unfortunately, it doesnât stay on for entire night. I tried it several ways. First I thought that I didnât dry my nose after washing the skin. But despite how good I cleaned and dried my nose skin it doesnât stick well

Amazing!!
I bought these to see if my sleep quality could be increased. I have a deviated septum and breath through my mouth when I sleep. I paired this with mouth tape and the results were phenomenal. Falling asleep was genuinely easier and the sleeping experience was immaculate. But it goes even further than sleep: you can smell colors, food tastes better, and you donât have to strain your nose to breath through it. Amazing. It turns your nostrils into twin turbos for your brain.

Opens airways
It does a good job of opening nasal passages. I have oily skin and was pleasantly surprised that the adhesive worked so well. The strip was mostly still in place in the morning after sleeping with it on. When removed it left a little sticky residue but it washed off nicely.
