Lung exercise
I like the way it forces my lungs to work harder. If I use this a lot when symptoms occurs then the symptoms pass relatively fast. I donât like the dizziness from taking deep breaths or exhaling. It clears the mucus more when I take Rx meds. As a pro swimmer this helps with breathing exercises. The endurance & stamina have returned.

Very Helpful, Very Effective!
I often have trouble breathing, it feels like I cannot get a good breath no matter what, so I read some reviews and tried this device. It certainly helps! It took a little time, but if you stick with it, you’ll see a gradual increase in your energy and oxygen level! I can breathe a lot easier now. I started doing it every day, for 2-3 days, then got lazy and only did it about every other day, I’m sure if you do it more often you’ll see results sooner than I did, but either way, I do see and feel the results!

Portable Lung Exerciser
I give this product 4 stars because it is a good product. I gave 5 stars for travel as it easily fits in my mid size purse or a tote bag (I keep it in a ziploc bag after being cleaned to keep it sanitary). I gave 5 stars for easy clean; I believe it said in the instructions it was dishwasher safe. I do not have a dishwasher but I put the parts it in a bowl of soapy water to soak and the rinse well and it does just fine.I think this product is incredibly effective for expelling liquid and mucus from the lungs. I recommend using this product in the bathroom where you can spit or have tissues near you. If you are an athlete, maybe use it near a grass patch you can spit on.I gave 4 stars for easy to use and this is more of a personal thing.. I have pain even when using the smallest or easiest ball to work with. I have difficulty completing all recommended breathing repetitions. I also have difficulty focusing for 10 minutes. I put a stopwatch on my phone or laptop and make sure to complete the repetitions at least twice a minute, but don’t always get through them. I will caveat that I definitely have history of health issues concerning my lungs, and may find the task to be harder than others. I do think this will be helpful in the long run, I just cannot get out of constant flares, but once I have better control of my environment I think it can help me build better capacity or breathing.

This instrument can change your life!
This instrument can change your life. My wife had pneumonia for 2.5 weeks before we bought this, but this little device definitely helped her to clear out the mucus built up in her respiratory tract. It is a wonderful device!

Surprised with Effectiveness!!
We found ourselves in need of this contraption late in life. With trepidation we purchased it. We were surprised with the compact size and the ease of use. We use it as a maintenance tool and prefer using it over a nebulizer. It is definitely worth the cost. The results are surpassing our goals.

Not for exercising healthy lungs
I bought this to exercise my diaphragm for breathing out but it did not work as it was too easy for me. I can see that it would work for someone with compromised lungs.

Portable, easy to use, and effective on building lung capacity! I like that it comes with multiple filters. As a family that suffers from Asthma, this breathing device is great!
