I enjoy albacore tuna sandwiches a couple times a week. I have tried pretty much everything sold in the stores and found that this is constantly the highest quality, with a very good price point. I was looking for something I could have for lunch that would provide me with more protein. Each can of this tuna is not only delicious but provides 29 grams of protein with only 130 calories, 1.5 grams fat, only 320 mg of sodium and is an excellent source of omega 3! With just a tablespoon or so of light mayo; which would still be around 200 calories and 4-5 grams of fat. I like it on an open face slice toasted of sourdough bread. Delicious!
