Very nice. I could comfortably do my works out right out of the box! No set up required. I like the quality of the outter ball, which is important during work outs. Itâs nice and smooth. Would order again for a heavier size down the road!

Nice, but not exactly what I expected
The outside skin is smooth and provides decent grip.This ball isn’t exactly round. It’s very firm (squeezing it, it feels completely solid), but of you drop it on the ground it will flatten on the side it lands on and stay that way until dropped again.
