Safe, non toxic, heavy duty, non stick
I loved this pan so much so that I just purchased the larger baking sheet. I canât speak to its longevity because Iâve only had it a few weeks. It bakes cookies, vegetables, and sweet potato fries perfectly. I hand wash easily and sometimes just wipe off with a paper towel depending on what I cooked. Very happy with this purchase. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I have been slowly trying to choose better items for myself and my family and part of that involved upgrading my cookware. I had already switched my pan that I cook eggs on to a le Creuset and had hoped that they made a sheet pan as well, they donâtâ¦so off to find a sheet pan with a ceramic coating just like the Le Creuset. Caraway seemed to be the winner so I ordered two large sheet pans and tossed my dirty, sticky ânonstickâ sheet pans. I was hesitant to get both pans in the large size since I have a wall oven in addition to my stove, but luckily they just squeaked by. Yes, these are expensive. They are worth every penny! If you get these and take care of them thereâs no reason why they should ever need to be replaced.Cleaning: I had been familiar with the cleaning of the Le Creuset, but the key things to remember are, donât use tools that will scratch while cooking or cleaning. You will ruin the coating. Also, donât temperature shock your pans. That means donât take your pan straight from the oven to the sink and immediately pour cold water onto it. It might crack.What I love: The large is the perfect size for both my stove & wall oven. I donât need to tin foil the pan before cooking like I did before with my old pans. Sometimes when Iâm cooking something very greasy I will still use parchment paper to soak up the grease, but the biggest benefit is when you cook messy foods (ex: chicken cordon bleu and the delicious cheese bubbles out) you get crispy delicious extras that you never had before. The pan is so easy to clean itâs like a dream. I just wait for it to cool and wipe all the grease off. No scrubbing at all.Buy these and you will not regret it!

Best Cooking Sheet We Have Purchased
We have been slowly switching our cooking appliances to be less toxic, more eco-friendly. We bought two of these sheets based on these two factors. At first I thought they were a little pricy but I was wrong. They are worth the money for how good of quality they are. They are durable and easy to clean. Even when I burnt something on them it took less energy to scrub them clean than it did my old ones. They are a good size and allow us to do our meal prep with ease. They can survive high temperature or low ones, too! Overall I was very impressed and will be buying more of these sheets and more from this company.

Inevitable enamel scratch but great broiler/baking tray
Arrived quickly in well cushioned box. After inspection and wash it was put through chicken wing bake and vegetable roast. No oil at all needed. Food slides off surface, and clean-up was a breeze. This sheet has enamel on the base which makes contact with oven grid. I used slide out roast grid ,but to no avail still scratched bottom of pan. Manufacturer should leave bare metal in bottom like their frying/saute pans because unless you broil on non metal grill, resign yourself to scratches on Bottom(non cooking surface) of sheet.

Excellent pans
I love these pans! I no longer need foil or parchment paper and don’t need to worry about PFAFs. So far, absolutely everything has slid right off of these and they have been easy to clean. The bottoms did get scuffed up a little quicker than i would have hoped, so they don’t look as beautiful as they did when they arrived and we’ve only had them about 3 months. I would give the performance of these pans 5 stars and the appearance/durability only 4.
