Had tried this product before as a replacement for the more expensive boost high protein drinks. This seems to be a good product for a cheaper price.

Complete breakfast with good quality protein
The vanilla flavor is rich and satisfying without being too sweet. The powder mixes easily with milk in a glass, and is welcome after morning coffee to get the day started and to sustain me until lunch time. I have used Carnation Instant Breakfasts for years, and have recommended them as a less expensive alternative to Ensure.

I discovered Carnation Instant breakfast as a public school kid, ~1965, in Brooklyn, NY. My mother’s cooking was used to interrogate prisoners. Pity about flavors’ contraction (and strawberry’s persistence. woof) I’m still doing it, every morning. It may be the secret to immortality.

When I broke my jaw in 4 places and had to be wired shut for 6 months my Dr’s at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota recommended drinking this to get all of the daily minerals and vitamins in. Taste good too

This stuff is a life saver for me
I have had gum surgery twice in the last month, so Iâve been limited on what I can have, due to the pain and stitches. I ordered these as well as strawberry slim fast and it has made my plight a lot easier, plus Iâve lost some weight ( always a good side effect) They taste really delicious and they mix well. I use a cordless milk frother for just a few seconds, for a fluffy drink. I love the convenience of taking the pouch with you.The taste is not crazy strong vanillaâ¦.just this nice nostalgic vanilla flavor. I will be keeping these in the house all the time. Tasty, no mess, proportioned vitamins. Makes sense to me.
