Nice product, exactly as advertised
Everything they advertise is accurate. It’s easy to setup, use & refill. Taking it apart, thoroughly cleaning each piece & putting it all back together is simple. The reservoir is slightly see through so it’s easy to see when it needs refilling. I tested out what happens if the water gets too low & at first I could hear a slight difference in the sound it makes & eventually it shut itself off. It normally makes a very low, pleasant waterfall sound & then gets a little louder when it needs refilling which is a nice way to be alerted. At first my cats were skeptical about it but now they seem comfortable with it. I still keep their old water dish out & they are still using it so I can’t really tell if they have a preference for the fountain or for their old dish. I prefer the fountain though as it has a filter & doesn’t get that slimy & hard to scrub off film that glass dishes seem to get after a few days.

Take it apart to clean
I bought this for my cats about 6 months ago and they love it. They drink so much water and it gives me the peace of mind that they’re staying hydrated. It’s extremely quiet and flows great even when there’s excessive cat hair. I regularly replaced the filters as recommended and gave it a good scrub down each time but I noticed slowly my oldest female was getting less and less enthusiastic to drink from it and would regularly choose the elevated bowls of water for our great danes. I came here to read reviews to see if any others had the same issue and was floored to see a review from someone who took the thing completely apart to clean it. I had NO IDEA you could remove that many pieces so when I finally figured out how to deconstruct the thing I felt awful about the amount of gunk that was gooped up in the motor. My poor kitties! Luckily it was super easy to clean out and is working just like new and my queen is more than happy to drink from her fresh flowing water again. If I would’ve known just how far apart this thing came I would’ve definitely been cleaning every nook and cranny but will not make that mistake again. Overall this thing has been absolutely amazing and my cats always let me know when it’s empty or I listen for the drips so I know when it’s time for a refill. I loved this thing so much I even recommended it to my mom for her 2 cats and she got herself one and we both now have very happy well hydrated cats in our homes!

Quiet. Silent. No noise whatsoever. Amazing!
I had to replace the old 2 fountains I bought on Amazon because they were so noisy. the past two made gurgling, pumping, and splashing noise. Wasn’t worth it to just give my kittens fresh water.This one is amazing! It is very pretty. The rose gold spout and blush pink make a very nice addition to my apartment. In the evening, a low-light uv led lights inside the fountain and it has Zero noise. No whispering, gurgling, hissing, pumping, etc. it is great!

Blends In with Environment
This water filter is really good. It blends in with environment and it super quiet when itâs full. It comes with one filter but can come with more. Itâs definitely worth what you pay for. Installing it together is easy. Water flower is pretty good in my opinion.
